This quaint, yet spacious loft style apartment is built in an open style floor plan. The apartment comes with high-end designer kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops with a high top bar.
Furthermore the apartment is furnished with a living room that includes a couch, tables and cushioned chairs, along with a queen size bed with linens, towels provided and a computer desk.
Kitchen has all the required amenities to make your stay like home quality pots pans dishes, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and dishwasher all you need are your groceries.

A wall of windows gives a view of the Historic Karpeles Museum of Manuscripts. Not only is the apartment provided with all the amenities enjoyed at home, including 42" Samsung Flat screen TV, cable television provided by Comcast, but the apartment also comes with plenty of closet space.
Outside sits a shaded, private walled-in with wrought iron gate, patio garden complete with dinette and a grill upon request.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY: Any cancellation received thirty (30) days or more prior to the arrival date will be subject to a full refund of prepaid rent plus damage/reservation deposit less a cancellation fee of $250. A cancellation must be in writing and acknowledged by AGENT. Any cancellation received within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the damage/reservation deposit. For changes that result in a shortened stay forfeit the damage/reservation deposit and all rent. A refund of security/damage deposit and prepaid rent will be refunded if AGENT is able to re-rent

Deposit Policy
DEPOSIT POLICY

No charge against your credit card will apply if any of the following items are not met.
No damage is done to unit or its contents
No charges are incurred due to collection of rents or services rendered during the stay
All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and run.
All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure
No linens, towels are lost or damaged
No early check-in or late checkout
Parking passes/remote control is left inside the unit on the kitchen table upon departure
Optional Insurance is available on the site for $45 that covers $1500 accidental damage. please see disclaimer.

PET ADDENDUM

All PETS must be approved prior to arrival. I have a pet fee of $100 Non-refundable deposit. No pets on the couch or beds, up to $150 additional fee for excessive pet clean up. There is a $200 pet fee if a pet is found in the unit without permission.

Resident has read, understands, and agrees to abide by all applicable house policies pertaining
to pets.

That the pet will be allowed out of the pet owner’s unit or yard only under the complete
control of a responsible human companion and on a hand-held leash or in a pet carrier.

Resident will prevent pets from engaging in behaviors or creating excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors, including, but not limited to, barking, jumping, and running.
